Travel creates memories. My 'Postcards' recall the places where some of your favorite memories began. These original watercolors painted in Paris, Rome, Tuscany, etc. of landscapes, architecture, people, and places make unique gifts of art.

Each of my original paintings, whether created in an ancient place or quaint village, is locally stamped, hand-cancelled and mailed right there. These unique works of art record the place and date of its creation. What you won't see in my 'postcard art' are the little adventures I have had while painting or while getting the sometimes dubious, usually friendly, postal persons to cancel and send them. Travel with me as I take you to each country and see my written observations about each place and scene. I include them as 'postcard messages' with each purchase. I find that postcards' size (6"x9") makes them inexpensive to frame and ideal for intimate spaces, or, grouped, for larger ones. They are marvelous conversation starters. Everybody seems to love travel.

As an artist, I love special places; as an architect, I love cities and buildings. So inside you will find all of these. I also like to hang out in cafes and people watch, drawing as I sip.
