George's Postcard Note: We stopped at the Samadi, then felt in need of late-morning refreshment. Our riksha driver took us to the Continental Hotel, a lovely courtyard surrounded by townhouses turned into hotel. Late December, perfect weather, light and breezy and cool enough, a delicious drink: my artist's pen had to go to work! (I especially like to draw at a large table, beer at my side and attractive waiters, waiting to refill my glass. Somehow, seems to improve the drawing!) One evening, a few days later, we celebrated Peter's birthday with Maya and Barbara, our traveling companions, and Aurovilian friends Fred and Tineke.
