George's Postcard Note: Here’s another jewel of a small high-rise building in the old downtown! It feels so much taller than it really is. A cut stone entry level and balcony really give the building a "street smart" presence. The three arches over the second floor windows made me think of all the women’s fancy hats worn there when they visited.
